Its mission is to help leading global corporations create and sustain a competitive advantage. As a HR Recruiter, you must have 1-2 years of experiance in recruting process and should have Ability to fullfill HR operations, who have good communication skills, believe in taking ownership.


Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. Source and recruit candidates by using Naukri, LinkedIn, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes according to fitment.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Desired Skills:

1-2 years of Recruitment Experience Excellent spoken & written English Should have good communication skills in order to interact with the candidates Should have experience in handling various job portals. Good in sourcing, screening and validating profiles. Handling end to end recruitment.
