We are looking for candidates with 6-7 years experience in SSIS with Sharepoint API and SQL Server. This is a contract position with our client in San Diego. The candidate must have hands-on SQL Server and SSIS experience. Some C#.Net experience is a HUGE plus. The job is to review, understand and maintain few existing SSIS packages. These SSIS packages move data from files and SQL Server databases to SharePoint List and vice versa. There is a backlog of fixes and enhancements needed for these transformations.This person is also expected to create documentation for these SSIS packages and transformation logic within them.
He/She will work in a SCRUM team and interact with Analysts, SCRUM Master, QA engineer and DBAs/Operations. He/She might also interact with business stakeholders directly in JAD sessions and UAT sessions. So excellent written and verbal communication skills is a MUST.
Requirements:
6-7 experience in SQL Server 2016, SSIS and Sharepoint APIAdvanced T-SQL Programming - Being able to create, read, understand complex SQL code including stored procedures, functions etc.SQL Performance Tuning skills: Write efficient and high performance SQL code. Can work with DBAs to performance tune their code further with ideas and suggestionsSSIS packages - Hands-on experience with SSIS packagesShare Point API integration experience is MUSTC# .Net experience is a PLUS
